was born into poverty. as a young orphan he didn't want to make a family who lived in the same conditions he did. he was considering getting into dangerous jobs such as assasinations, drug dealing, and other stuff like that. until, he found a newspaper with a hero right on the front page. it was then when he realized that this was it! he was told that with the proper training, he could become a popular hero, even make it international! if he did . . . then he wouldn't have to worry about money. his future family wouldn't either! so , after training under guglielmo , cesar slowly rose to the top. his dream became true, his want and need to become a hero just for the sake of not being poor anymore became true. he became needed all around the world, until he managed to find japan. there, he met tomoko, a beautiful female hero. they had a lot in common, even though they didn't seem to get along at first. cesar was rather childish and impulsive, while tomoko just wanted things to go her way. though the more they worked together, the close they became before they realized, they have fallen for each other. deciding to set their differences aside, they dated for a small while before the came to a big decision, they'd get married! it was . . . surprising to their co-workers to say the least. a few months ago they'd always go at each others necks and now they were giggling to each other while looking through magazines for their marriage. well thing was, much like cesar, tomoko was also born into poverty and didn't want her future family to grow up just like her. they decided to marry 20% for the money while the 80% was through love. everything sailed smoothly from then on. they had two beautiful children, end even though both tomoko and cesar died in the line of duty, they regretted none of their decisions in their lives.
